On the 9th of August, Mefazec hosted a Coded event featuring ArabNet: the hub for digital professionals and entrepreneurs to connect and learn. The vision of ArabNet is to stimulate the growth of the Arab digital knowledge economy, and support the creation of new businesses and job opportunities for young entrepreneurs.
The speaker of the night was Business Development Executive Ayyoub Amaneddine. The talk featured the story of ArabNet since its inception in 2009, the importance of Kuwait in the regional digital economy, and information on the very first ArabNet Kuwait 2016.
ArabNet is the organizer of the ArabNet Digital Summit, widely recognized as the most important event for the web and mobile sector in the Middle East. ArabNet organizes events in Riyadh, Beirut, Dubai, and most recently: Kuwait.
The ArabNet Digital Summit in Kuwait will be October 4th and 5th of 2016. The event will include prominent speakers, two competitions, and a TechFair featuring 20 leading companies from across the MENA region and the world.
